Mobile Facilities in the Mid Sussex District

Mid Sussex District Council currently arrange for a number of mobile collection services for residents who are unable to travel to Burgess Hill or East Grinstead HWRS.

This has been agreed with relevant Town and Parish Councils.

Please note:

• Any waste disposed of via this service will not be recycled, with the exception of some busier sites that offer a vehicle for garden waste that is then composted. Please view the mobile service timetable for further details.
• Hazardous waste (including fridges and freezers) or rubble cannot be accepted.
• It is an offence to deposit rubbish at the sites other than in the vehicles provided on the appointed days during operating hours.
