Teacher 'Taster Sessions' at the MRF!

Posted on 18 April 2013

Do you teach at a West Sussex school? Are you looking for a free educational recycling visit in 2013/14? Come along to our 'taster session' at Ford Materials Recycling Facility (MRF)!

As seen on BBC1's "Bang Goes the Theory"...we have a state of the art recycling facility at Ford (near Arundel), with a dedicated Education Centre offering a unique visitor experience for West Sussex school children to see for themselves what happens to their recycling once it has been collected from their home. Better yet – visits are free!

School visits are two hours long and can accommodate a typical class sized group of children in Key Stage Two and above.

We are hosting a ‘taster session’ for teachers and school staff to experience the MRF first hand and find out what a typical session will cover, including a chance to venture out onto the viewing platform to see the MRF in action! There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about a visit to the MRF.

When: Wednesday 26th June 2013

Time: 2.30 - 4pm

Where: Ford MRF, Ford Road, Ford, Nr Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 0FL
