West Sussex residents are invited to visit Ford Materials Recycling Facility on Wednesday 25th July to find out what happens to their recycling once it is collected from their home.

On Wednesday 25th July, Viridor will be opening the doors of it's state of the art Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) in Ford, near Arundel.

There are two sessions planned, the first at 10am and the second at 2pm. Each session will last approximately two hours and visitors will see first hand how the MRF sorts and separates all the mixed recycling placed in their bins at home, ready for the next stage of the recycling process.

The session will also enable residents to learn what can go in their recycling bin and ask any questions they may have about recycling.

Spaces are limited and must be pre booked.
