Recycling sites

Important changes will come into effect at West Sussex Household Waste Recycling Sites (HWRSs) from 1st October 2016. Find out how these changes will affect you.

West Sussex has 11 Household Waste Recycling Sites (HWRS) to help householders recycle waste from their homes. Recycling centres used to be known as rubbish tips or dumps. They are now called Household Waste Recycling Sites or HWRSs, as the majority of waste is recycled.
