Every year the UK produces around 450,000 tonnes of waste tyres.
The Landfill Directive bans tyres from being disposed of to landfill.
All 11 permanent Household Waste Recycling Sites (HWRS) in West Sussex accept tyres for recycling.
Please note: There is a limit of 5 tyres that can be accepted per visit.
