Green wheeled bin with a blue lid for recycling (240 litres).

Residents are responsible for ensuring their general waste is contained properly prior to collection, either in a dustbin, black sack or privately owned wheeled bin.

Frequency:

Recycling collection - Fortnightly

Do not place confidential correspondence (e.g. credit card bills) in your bin as it is not secure.

Plastic bottles only

• Milk bottles

• Drinks bottles

• Detergent bottles

• Cleaning bottles

• Shampoo and cosmetic bottles

Garden Waste Kerbside Collection:

A garden waste collection service called the green waste club is available. The service is provided by our contractors Verdant and is a fortnightly collection service.

The cost for new subscribers is £66.37 including the delivery of the new bin and the cost for renewal is £54.62.

The hire period is 1st March to 28th February; members joining after 1st March will only enjoy the service until 28th February from the date the bin is delivered.
