Full Sweep of Standards for Viridor

Viridor Waste Management, West Sussex County Council's recycling contractor has recently gained an internationally recognised standard for occupational health and safety management systems - BS OHSAS 1800.  

Prestige Crawley waste site set to re-open in spring

A new permanent prestige Household Waste Recycling Site is expected to be operating in Crawley by late spring/early summer of next year.

Green wheeled bin with red top for recycling (140, 180 and 240 litres).

Residents are responsible for ensuring their general waste is contained properly prior to collection, tied securely in a black sack and placed at the edge of property.

Do not place confidential correspondence (e.g. credit card bills) in your bin as it is not secure.

  • Milk bottles

Garden Waste Kerbside Collections:

A pre-paid green bag collection service is available. Purchase roll of 20 sacks for £16 from selected retailers. When 3 bags full arrange a collection by phoning 0800 587 5888.
